PRODUCT QUALITY & MARKET DOCUMENTATION

Quality, Compliance & Certification Documents

Review the types of conformity, test and quality documentation that may be available for selected professional aesthetic equipment models and destination markets.

Always verify: manufacturer · model · intended use · market · validity · applicable standards

International Compliance Documentation

These categories are not interchangeable. Availability and legal relevance must be confirmed for the exact product and destination market.

CE Documentation

EU declaration and, where required, notified-body documentation supporting CE marking for the specific product.

UKCA Documentation

Great Britain conformity documentation where applicable. Current GB and Northern Ireland routes must be reviewed separately.

RoHS Documentation

Declarations or supporting information addressing applicable restrictions on specified hazardous substances.

DOCUMENT VERIFICATION

Match Every File to the Exact Equipment

Before ordering or importing equipment, compare the document holder, manufacturer, model number, product label, intended purpose, standards, dates and issuing body where applicable.

A logo shown on a webpage is not a substitute for the corresponding declaration, report, certificate or market registration.

Quality Control Process

Inspection scope and acceptance criteria should be defined for each model and production order.

1

Incoming Inspection

Check specified components and materials before production release.

2

Assembly Checks

Confirm assembly steps, connections and required in-process controls.

3

Functional Verification

Inspect startup, controls, cooling, handpieces and supported functions.

4

Stability Testing

Run the model-specific test cycle and record applicable operating results.

5

Final Inspection

Review appearance, labels, accessories, records and release criteria.

6

Packaging Verification

Confirm equipment protection, included items and shipment documentation.

DOCUMENTED QUALITY

Records That Support Product Traceability

Available quality records may include incoming inspection, in-process checks, final inspection, serial-number identification and shipment records.

Request the quality documentation scope applicable to the selected product and order.

How to Request Compliance Files

Provide enough project detail so the correct product documents can be identified.

1

Identify the Model

Share the exact product name, configuration or quotation reference.

2

Confirm the Market

State the country or region where the equipment will be supplied.

3

Specify the Purpose

Tell us whether files are for procurement, customs or regulatory review.

4

Review the Package

Match received files to labels, manuals and the ordered equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about conformity and product documentation.

Can you provide copies of compliance documents?

Available model-specific files may be provided for qualified procurement or regulatory review, subject to document-control requirements.

Are all products covered by the same documents?

No. Documentation depends on the product, configuration, intended purpose and destination market.

Can an OEM buyer use the original documents unchanged?

Not automatically. Private-label arrangements can change manufacturer responsibilities, labeling and conformity obligations and require specialist review.

Is a CE mark the same as a CE certificate?

No. CE is a conformity marking. The supporting route may include a declaration and, depending on applicable rules and classification, notified-body involvement.

Are UKCA and CE valid in the same markets?

No. Market rules differ across Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the EU, and current transition arrangements must be checked.

How do I request the correct files?
